Warranty Policy

Iconic Elements Inc. (operating under the brand name Iconic MetalGear) stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our aluminum semi-truck storage products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, the duration of coverage, and how to submit a claim.

1. Standard Warranty

  • Coverage: 1-year limited warranty on workmanship and hardware
  • Scope: Applies to all Iconic MetalGear products, regardless of product category
  • Discretion: All warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Iconic

2. What’s Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or construction
  • Failures of included hardware

Not covered:

  • Misuse, accidents, improper installation, or abuse of the product as determined by the sole discretion of Iconic.

3. Installation & Usage Requirements

Products must be installed in accordance with Iconic’s mounting guidelines. Improper installation or failure to follow guidelines voids the warranty. Any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or commercial abuse is not eligible for warranty

4. Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, Iconic requires:

  • Proof of purchase or order details
  • Photos of the product fully installed
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • Photos of the surrounding area to help understand the cause

5. How to Start a Claim

Customers can initiate a claim by:

  • Phone: Contact the Iconic office directly
  • Email: Send details to sales@iconicmetalgear.com

Be sure to include:

  • Contact information
  • Order details (purchase date, product, and quantity)
  • Description of the issue
  • Preliminary photos of the product and installation

The Iconic Support Team will review your submission and determine if additional information or follow-up is needed.
