• Headache racks cannot meet the requirements of CFR 393.114.a. Cargo must be in contact with the front end structure for the CFR 393.114.a to apply.

Within Module 14 – Cargo Securement, it refers to requirements that are adopted from the National Safety Code (NSC) Standard 10, Cargo Securement, as the standard for securing loads in Ontario. Referenced in the subsection “Requirements for Securement Devices” it talks to Front End structures and that the rules concerning this topic are included in NSC Standard 10.

Typically, the Roll-Up Door Headache Racks should be mounted with a 21” U-Bolt kit when able. 17” U-Bolts and quick mounts are available when a 21” U-Bolt is not compatible.

Yes. Iconic offers seven different standard Roll-Up Door Headache Racks, all 78” wide and 68” high, and the depths range from 12” to 24” in increments of 2”. Custom Roll-Up Door Headache Racks are possible but will require a custom order with an associated lead time.

All standard enclosed racks include internal chain hangers in the left- and right-hand cabinets and adjustable shelves in the middle compartment.

The 30 GAL hydraulic tank will fit with select standard Iconic enclosed racks, including the Roll-Up Door Headache Rack. The 50 GAL tanks are also possible with the Roll-Up Door Headache Rack, but require a custom order.
