- Headache racks cannot meet the requirements of CFR 393.114.a. Cargo must be in contact with the front end structure for the CFR 393.114.a to apply.

Within Module 14 – Cargo Securement, it refers to requirements that are adopted from the National Safety Code (NSC) Standard 10, Cargo Securement, as the standard for securing loads in Ontario. Referenced in the subsection “Requirements for Securement Devices” it talks to Front End structures and that the rules concerning this topic are included in NSC Standard 10.

Can/Do I get a price on the rack I built?
Absolutely! Pricing will update live as you add/remove items or features of your headache rack.
All pricing is subject to confirmation by our sales team. They will put together a final quote for you that you will receive within 1-3 business days.
How long will it take to get my price?
You’ll get a live pricing estimate that updates live as you use the builder. For official quotes, we strive to them to you within 1 to 3 business days.
However, due to the popularity of the builder it could be up to 5 business days before you receive a response. To get your price faster you can call us at 1-877-890-9142.
I want to order the rack(s) that I've built. How does that work?
Once you submit your rack(s) using the builder, our sales team will be in touch with pricing as soon as possible. At that time, we will review your order details with you to set up and explain the rest of the ordering process.
How long will it take to get my headache rack(s) after I order?
Due to a number of factors both in and out of our control, we are currently producing flat headache racks and headache rack/hydraulic tank combos in a timeframe of between 1 and 20 weeks, depending on the set-up and current stock levels. Current lead times can be discussed with your sales representative before ordering.
What material and thickness do you guys use to make your headache racks?
We only use high quality, military/marine-grade aluminum on our semi truck products at a minimum thickness of 1/8″ (0.125 inches or ~3mm), and a maximum thickness of 1/2″ (0.5 inches or ~12mm), depending on the component and/or application.
When requested, we can include stainless steel on some of our products as well. Just ask your sales representative when they contact you.
I want something custom that isn't available on the builder. What can I do?
Not a problem!
In most cases we can accommodate custom headache rack requests. These can be indicated on the builder in the allocation “Custom” text area. Please be as descriptive as possible to ensure an accurate quote.

How do I build a rack, and how does this builder work?
Building Your Rack:
Simply follow the instructions in the builder to build your headache rack. For each selection you make, the accessory that you select will appear on the rack on your screen (or above on most mobile devices).
You can navigate and make changes to your rack at any time prior to submitting by changing from the summary page back to the builder.
When you’re happy with the rack you’ve built, just submit the form after completing all of the steps.
After Submitting:
Once your ad has been submitted, you’ll receive a summary of your build in the inbox of the e-mail you provided. Our sales team will also review your submission and will contact you with a firm quote based on your selections.
Errors, Interferences and Incompatible Products
Not all accessories are compatible with other accessories. If you have selected any accessories that interfere with one another or are incompatible with one another, our builder will do its best to fix the interference. However, it may occasionally miss some of these changes and you may have to fix it manually.
Your rack must be free from any errors before we can quote you a price.
Where do you guys ship your products to?
We ship our products across North America, including Canada, Mexico, and the Continental United States (including Alaska).

We’ll quote you a shipping price when we get in touch with you, before your order is finalized.
Is there any obligation to order after I submit my rack?
No, there is no obligation to order. You will receive a quote within a few days. After that, it is your choice as to whether or not you wish to order.
Do you guys do installations?
We do not do installations. However, depending on your location, we may be able to recommend a dealer or installer that can help you out with installation, and even purchasing and ordering. Feel free to ask your sales representative when they contact you.
